Job responsibilities
include: Promoting Popular Tech's presence in Southern California,
expanding sales and marketing. Work with clients to understand and
fill their IT-related Staffing and Project needs. Participate in all
phases of the sales lifecycle, including prospecting, obtaining and
closing job requirements, and on-going client relationship
management.
Qualification: Be highly motivated, energetic,
ambitious and results oriented. At least three years of
sales/account management experience in the IT consulting (Big 4 a
plus) and/or staffing services areas. Must possess excellent
interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop and
maintain professional relationships with client managers and senior
executives. Must have a proven track record of lead generation,
opening new accounts, and management of ongoing client
relationships. Possess a good understanding of IT products and
trends. Should be Southern California resident and have sold IT
Services to local corporate clients. Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related field.

Responsibilities:

Attend design review meetings to assist with the creation of the
development environments for application development projects.

Work with the Technical Architecture group to review Architecture
Overview documentation and determine the tools and / or processes to
be utilized.
3. Deploy, configure and tune Windows servers for
IIS, .NET, J2EE (Weblogic), Tibco, and other products.
4.
Implement security (SSL, digital certificates).
5. Work with
development teams to build application deployment documentation and
deploy applications built by developers into other environments
(Q/A, staging, and production)
6. Support the performance testing
process.
7. Work with the production support team to define
deployment process.
8. Work with the production support team to
help with performance tuning.
9. Help develop standards for
application server products and tools. |
